HEAT OIL TO 375 DEGREES

ADD CRUSHED RED CHILES AND SESAME OIL

REMOVE FROM HEAT, COOL

COVER AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 2-3 DAYS

SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
